THE VISION
Seaford College wanted to refresh an existing IT classroom with new Yoyotech PCs, making the room more visually appealing while maximising the available desk space.
The classroom’s narrow workbenches presented a particular challenge. Ageing compact PCs mounted behind the monitors needed replacing, but positioning larger systems on the desks would reduce the space available for students to work.
Yoyotech worked with the college to explore a range of options, developing a bespoke solution that would bring a striking new look to the room while retaining its everyday function as an IT classroom.
RAISING THE STANDARD. LITERALLY.
THE SOLUTION
The answer was to look above the desks.
Using a bespoke bracketed mounting arrangement, Yoyotech positioned the new PCs on the walls above monitor height. This placed the systems’ illuminated interiors and RGB lighting on display, creating a distinctive visual feature throughout the classroom.
The raised position also allowed the monitors to sit further back against the wall, underneath the PCs, freeing up valuable workspace on the narrow benches. Evenly spaced systems gave the room a consistent, carefully planned appearance.
This was a new solution for Yoyotech, developed specifically around Seaford College’s needs. It demonstrates how thoughtful design and flexible installation can make the most of an existing space.
THE BUILD

Making the layout work required careful attention to mounting, cable routing and the finish of each workstation.
Yoyotech manufactured bespoke cable management systems to keep wiring organised and discreet. Pattressing provided reinforcement for the wall fixings, ensuring the bracketed PCs were securely supported.
Together, these details created a clean, coordinated installation that combined visual impact with practical classroom use.

THE RESULT
The completed installation transformed the appearance of Seaford College’s IT classroom, replacing ageing equipment with a coordinated arrangement of visually striking Yoyotech PCs.
The college was delighted with the result: a brighter, more engaging space with better use of the existing workbenches and a clean finish throughout.
From exploring layouts to manufacturing bespoke components and completing the installation, the project showcases Yoyotech’s flexible, turnkey approach—shaping each solution around the customer, the room and the way it needs to be used.
